An affordable facelift for your house! I have a selection of exterior paint colors to choose from. if you choose to provide your own paint, i’ll waive the material fee!

We specialize in vinyl, hardwood, tile and carpet flooring installation. Floors wear over time. Refresh your space and increase your property’s value with expert installed flooring done right.
junk removal
Reclaim your space and save your time. Whether it’s a broken appliance or a whole property clear out, we can take it off your hands. Our areas of expertise are homes, attics, garages, storage units and even brush and landscaping debris. Any items we pick up that are not considered “junk” are donated to local charities.
Property preservation
We are a full-service provider for property preservation services for banks, realtors, investors, lenders and long-distance homeowners. We ensure each of your assets is always ready to go to the market. We will handle changing locks, securing entry points, junk/debris removal, winterization, landscaping, and routine maintenance and inspections to keep the property safe and to protect your asset.
